Kathryn Steffey

Biography:  Ms. Steffey received her juris doctor degree from the University of Utah in 2004, graduating as a member of the Order of the Coif. While attending law school, Ms. Steffey served as Note and Comment Editor for the Utah Law Review and received numerous awards and distinctions, including the 2003 American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and the S.J. Quinney College of Law Outstanding Achievement Award, Commercial Law Survey.

Prior to joining Smith Hartvigsen, Ms. Steffey clerked for Justice Parrish of the Utah Supreme Court (2004-2005). Ms. Steffey also clerked at the Tax and Revenue Division of the Utah Attorney General's Office (2002-2004).
