Appellate Support Services

Smith Hartvigsen’s Appellate Practice Section also provides services to lawyers who need assistance with their appeals. Specifically, our appellate support services include:

• Serving as appellate counsel or co-counsel
• Consultation on brief writing and argument strategy
• Brief writing on a contract basis (ghost writing)
• Publishing your brief (including the creation of tables of authorities, cite and format-checking, conformity to appellate rules)
